Greek Olive Oil Recipes - Yogurt dip

Yogurt dip
1 cup of low fat Greek yogurt
5-6 tbsp of Greek Olive Oil
finely shopped dill, spearmint or other herbs
salt
freshly ground pepper
Place the yogurt in a bowl and really slowly add the olive oil whisking at the same time. Add the chopped herbs, salt and pepper and serve with fresh vegetable sticks.
