Greek Olive Oil Recipes - Greek fried meatballs

Greek Fried Meatballs recipe (Keftethes)
· 500g ground beef
· 200g ground pork
· 2 medium onions, finely chopped
· 1 clove of garlic, minced
· 1 cup breadcrumbs
· 1 egg
· 4 tbsp. fresh spearmint
· 1 tbsp. Dried spearmint
· Half cup of extra virgin olive oil
· salt and pepper to taste
· 1 cup of flour for frying
· olive oil for frying
Add the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, until the flavors are combined. Put the bowl in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
When the mixture is ready, start to form little balls the size of a ping pong ball or slightly bigger. Roll them in flour and shake the excess. Fry them in a pan with hot olive oil until golden brown.
