Fried zucchinis in olive oil
 · 6 tender zucchinis
 · 350 ml beer
 · Flour
 · Salt & Pepper

 · Some breadcrumbs
Prepare the beer-flour mix. Empty the can of beer in a large bowl, and while whisking, pour slowly some flour, until the mixture is smooth but slightly chewy. Add some pepper too. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for about half an hour. Meanwhile, cut the zucchinis in stripes or in rounds, depending on the size or what we want! Sprinkle them with a pinch of salt, and let them sit for about 10 minutes, in order to reduce some of their moisture. Wipe them with some paper. Pour enough olive oil in the frying pan and heat it well. Dip the pieces of zucchini in the flour beer mixture , then in breadcrumbs and fry them until golden brown. Ready to serve.
